Message: On October 16, 2023, I needed to purchase a new battery for my 2008 Subaru Legacy. As soon as I walked into the store Noah Regalado Navarro offered me assistance. I asked him if he could loan me a wrench to remove the battery from my car. He offered to help me to remove the battery and help me with the new battery. One of my battery cables was severely damaged and he offered me to help me with it. It was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. Such simple common courtesy from a young man.
