Message: In 2021, during our cross-country journey, we encountered an unexpected setback when we discovered that our GS1250 shaft was faulty. Unfortunately, there were no available shafts in the US, so the only option was to order one from Germany. This unexpected delay meant we had to wait for two weeks to get it fixed.. Thankfully, the person at the dealership who took care of us was incredibly helpful and understanding. They promptly assisted us in filing the trip interruption papers, ensuring that we received reimbursement for all the expenses incurred during the unplanned stop.. We cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by this dealer. Their support and efficiency turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, making our cross-country journey memorable for all the right reasons.

He was helpful, informative and super responsive even when he wasn't working which was super awesome. Restrooms: yes, 1 large stall. Animals: probably not.. Kid Friendly: yes but cautiously because it's full of BEAMERS!
