Message: GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FLYING J! We had a reserve spot, came in and several people were parked in spots, shut down for the night, NO TICKET! They were instructed to move immediately by the Security Guard. What happened? The guard went on checking, they jumped out, ran in and bought reserve tickets. These drivers intended to take a spot, free and never pay. Once told to move they should move. Also, there is a No Dropped Trailers ever, violators will be towed immediately. In front of security, the guy dropped his trailer and drove off, after talking to security. Basically, it's obvious that they would have never checked had we not pushed the issue, these drivers would have sat. Turned out the people that did leave are in reserves that a drop axle cannot get into. They are as far in the back as you can get. Why pay for a reserve? We get drivers need to park, but the sheer volume of trucks stacked up here is horrific. Another Flying J failure. Best thing about this J they cleaning it up, and staff inside really nice! STAFF IS REASON FOR 3 STAR!

Message: Always a sight for sore eyes and a balm for a weary traveler's' bones. They usually have great big pizzas on tap by the slice, a little selection of light repair parts for vehicles, some clothing, and clean, well-managed showers for rental use. Showers as of 1/2024 are $18.

Message: Large parking lot. Has working RV dumps! There are plenty of places for the furries to relieve themselves. I love the design of the showers here! The hooks inside the bathrooms are installed where they're helpful, and the shower isn't wide opened so that if someone were to open the door accidentally, you wouldn't be just staring at them buck naked. It's mid-May and hot today, but snow and 40+ mph winds are expected tonight and tomorrow. Bring summer and winter apparel along with you at all times.

Message: Greg at the fuel desk, is above and beyond. I have been driving truck since 1979, this gentleman should be running management. I have never felt more comfort in what he has offered, to me has a professional driver. I really hate to share this but the showers here are the best I have ever seen. Greg will welcome you with a warm smile. And you will rest assured with comfort that you are being taken care of. Thank you pilot flying j for hiring such a wonderful person. It has been many years since I have felt so good about fueling at the flying j. Again I thank management at flying j for hiring such a professiona.
