Message: I stopped in to grab a quick drink tonight around 2345/1145pm tonight(01FEB-02FEB). I must admit, for such a mundane task of grabbing a drink or snack, the staff member on shift was very knowledgeable on questions I had about items at the soda fountain and more.. It is not often that a business has a staff member this WELL informed, on the products, provided customer service to the highest level, and lastly (and mostly more important to me) is the amount of kindness and compassion.. Yeah, I know it sounds 'gushy'. However, what I am trying to convey is; that the care provided by the staff member has help me see that there are some workers out there that Are doing their best to provide not only happiness to the customers but to help them regain that well needed social contact that we all are so limited on and, missing out on with this pandemic.. This experience - in some way- has set a standard that I wholeheartedly wish all other staff and business would emulate. Thanks again.. Very Respectfully,. SquidUSN. -PS-. Message: There is an associate here named Regina. That are absolutely amazing. If i come in hangry or in rush, she is on it. She is going to read my mood and take care of me. I live so close that sometimes if I've drank too much and i have to walk here, i feel safe and she is always checking on me. I appreciate great customer service! I just wish the cigarette prices were better. Either way I've never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for a decade.
