Message: The person helping me wasn't very helpful. I forget his name but he has red hair and beard. Perhaps he was new. I asked him where I'd find a/c valve caps. He suggested two isles. I searched both and didn't find. I told him. He came over to where is was and said they'd be here but looks like they were sold out. I didn't see an empty spot for them so I figured the must be somewhere else. I was right. I found them on the end cap. I let him know where he could find them next time.

Once he helped us find the correct lightbulb, he fixed the headlight free of charge (we tipped him) in freezing weather with no jacket.
