Message: I highly recommend INFINITI of Denver for maintenance on your vehicle. My wife's 2008 Infinity G35X had a real troublesome parasitic load that was draining the battery for months if we didn't drive it for two days. In fact, we went through two batteries trying to get the source of the load determined at other auto repair shops. Finally, we took it into INFINITI of Denver where my wife purchased the used vehicle 7 years ago and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and traced the source of the shorted 4. 45 mA load back to the old audio unit. Jeremy was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining all of our options each step of the way and so there were no surprises. In the end, the price of the repair was very fair and timely. We won't go anywhere else now!

Message: Everyone was super friendly from the grils upfront to anyone just walking by! Getting my car serviced I worked with Chris who fully renewed my faith in dealerships! They ended up being cheaper than the shop I previously was going to & were beyond helpful! I never felt pushed into anything which is generally how I thought all dealerships operated. Instead I feel like they explained everything in great detail meanwhile still actively working with me trying to find the best price possible! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone questioning where they should get their Infiniti fixed!

Message: I've been getting my Infinities serviced here for 20 years. Always treated warmly and respectfully. I am well taken care of by Clark, in service, to the point I don't check my receipt for work. I trust him. The work is always done efficiently. The lounge has the comforts of home with hot and cold drinks, variety of snacks, TV, clean restrooms, comfy chairs, tables, and charging stations for phones. Clark checks in with me while waiting for my car with updates and time. The service department is the second reason to buy an Infinity car. The first is my Luxurious M35.
