Message: A pretty busy location but if you call a head and make an appointment for tire rotations it can definitely help save time. Tyler and his crew have always offered great customer service and take care to keep you informed if anything needs attention concerning your tires.

Great customer service and they're very quick and thorough. Drew helped me out both times, very friendly and informative. Message: Angus S. Took great care of me, he got me out of there in about 45 min for a slow leak repair. They did a complimentary tire rotation and balance on top of fixing the tire. I wish I knew the name of the tech that worked on it because he saved me 400 bucks. I went to the Toyota dealer for an oil change the week before and my tire pressure monitor light wouldn’t turn off. They claimed it was due to a bad sensor and it would be 300 in labor to figure out which one was bad and an additional 100 to replace it. The tech that worked on my car this morning reset the system without me even asking and apologized for the taking so long to get me out of there saying he had to rest the system to get the light to turn off. Needless to say NO apologies needed. I was stoked to see that pesky light off of my dash. Thank you for the great customer service! I will be back.

Message: I was only there to get a tire punch repaired. They didn't even charge me a penny to fix it. From the looks of compared to other tires stores this is a busy place. The service was quick and easy. Certainly a good place to bookmark to visit tire issues around Thornton.
