Message: To me, this is a fantastic dealership with a good view of how to build client relationships. From my first online interest throughout the process leading to my purchase it was very friendly. Most important, a lot of effort went into making the experience honest, upfront on details, and stress-free. They take the time to introduce clients to a person from each department, ensuring you know exactly whom may be handling any future responsibilities concerning your purchase. And, if your looking at Triumphs, Ducatis or scooters, please make this a first stop! Even an occasional Harley, which I purchased mine at a very fair price. Huge shout out to that collection of enthusiasts, all waiting to put you in the seat of a bike that lights you up! Nuff said!

Message: Bought a Ducati from them a year ago and they have had the best service and delivered everything they promised.. The pit crew add on (6 prepaid services). was worth every penny.. I ended up messing up my rear brakes. They replaced the rotor and pads and the spring on the rear brake wasn’t quite right. Brought it back in and they made it right free of charge. Joe is the service dept was amazing. Honestly everyone I’ve dealt with has been fair and given the highest quality of attention and service.. Love my 2012 Ducati monster 1100 evo and would recommend this place to anyone.

Message: Bought my v7 here the staff was very welcoming. Sterling is a great guy who won't steer you wrong. He is very transparent about the pros and cons of all the bikes on offer. If you have your heart set on a bike he will, of course, sell it to you but if he thinks there is a better bike that will also save you some money he will tell you straight up.

Message: I made my first ever motorcycle purchase from Erico a couple of weeks ago. I bought a used Triumph Scrambler XE. I can’t say enough great things about this shop. From the salesman, Sterling and Dave to the finance manger, Deontè. I was pretty nervous about my first street bike purchase but it was smooth sailing all the way. Thanks again Erico!

Message: I had a great experience all around. From the Staff that assisted me at the counter as well as the manager on duty (MOD) who was kind enough to speak with me personally. In the end, I came home with a very nice pair of riding gloves; Triumph Harpton Gloves. I've been a long time customer with only a few recent purchases this year. I plan on going back soon a buying myself the all leather medium Triumph riding jacket.
