Message: Went in for a quick tire patch this afternoon and the whole team was super friendly and efficient. I could tell they were wrapping up for the day, which I felt bad for, but Kyle stepped in right away, patched up the tire in under 10 minutes. He even helped me put it back on. The woman at the front was very knowledgable about selecting tires as well. Best tire shop around. Thanks guys!

Message: I had to switch Firestone locations because the one I've used downtown for the past 15 years was bought by the city, probably to overbuild more apartments. However, I was very satisfied with my visit to this location. I had an appointment for 9:00 A. M. and they were done with my vehicle within about 90 minutes-- tire rotation and balancing, alignment, oil change, and new blades. They readily honored the coupons that I had printed off of the Firestone website. The only suggestion I have is perhaps an electronic bell for the front door, to let someone know a customer has entered. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes until someone finally looked up from their phone and came in from the garage to help me. Other than that, I will patronize this location from here on-- there are stores and fast food across the street while waiting for your vehicle.

Message: I hadn’t been to this location for a while, but I bought my father-in-laws truck and I needed it looked over. They didn’t pressure me with anything unnecessary, I just needed a new battery, oil change and my filters were nasty! Excellent service, professional yet relatable. I’m going to recommend this location to my friends and family.

Message: When I pulled up today, there were 3 cars in front of me but the technician was quick and very friendly. Not only did he hook me up with all 4 tires, his attitude was wonderful. This location did a 180 with their new management and I know I'll be using this location from here on out. Thank you Kyle, for the wonderful experience. I hope the store thrives with all the new staff!
