Sportique Scooters

Message: So right now I'm in the process of waiting on paperwork to go through for a scooter. But I must say the customer service here is outstanding! I emailed these guys on a Monday. They email me back Tuesday morning, I come in we were already on the first name basis. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The salesman asked me questions and then we kind of narrowed down the selection till we finally found the scooter that was ideal for me. I felt very comfortable with the salesman. I didn't feel like he was just trying to push me towards any old thing. Not to mention too he answered every tedious question I had as far as operating the moped and just understanding the general layout of where everything was at. I honestly could not be more happy with the overall experience that are received here. Not to mention the warranties that these guys offer are just outstanding.

Message: Just bought a scooter from Sportique Scooters. I started my purchase with a phone call and followed up in person to complete the purchase. Throughout the whole process everyone was super friendly, helpful and informative. I was introduced to many people in the shop and felt at home just hanging out and asking questions. I will be going back this summer to get a scooter for my wife from them.

Message: Sportique is Amazing! I brought my moped in to have the tires checked and Bobby in Service was awesome. He helped me pick out the perfect helmet and a mirror while I waited for them to check the tires and turns out my tires were fine. Go see Bobby and the rest of the crew at Sportique because the staff and customer service is top notch!

Message: Been coming here for service and parts over the years. Recently, Bobby was awesome help with a 4T Stella that can be tough from a parts standpoint. Same day service (most of the time) and fair pricing is also awesome. For scooter enthusiasts, this is your go-to! Hopefully, I can find a 2T Stella again soon enough and do a lot more upgrades.

Message: I went in here yesterday with an open mind to make my own decision after reading a lot of negative reviews about this place. I also don’t have a typical scooter. Not only was I happy with the experience, I didn’t get looked at sideways because my “scooter “ looks more like a motorcycle. Everyone was super friendly super helpful and gave lots of tips and advice. I was welcomed or greeted by every person that I believe was working in the store. I will definitely go back in the future for other needs.

Message: The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than one is because it was absolutely rude of the man who I assume is Collin; based on the answered reviews: asking us to move the gathering when we weren't blocking anyone and we were finishing a purchase we just made. He needs training in customer services if he wants happy customers, because we almost decided to return the scooter based on that attitude. (Seen many reviews on him. 'Being busy' is not an excuse to talk like that. Ever. ). His tone wasn't at all friendly and the 20+ years (he's constantly reminding people in comments) should have taught him how to approach people. However, what salvaged the situation was one of his employee's who helped us move forward with the purchase. The person who helped us get the moped was professional, sweet, and kind. Her name is Michelle, she's cut above the rest in that shop so far that I've seen. Approachable and definitely has the customer service part down. If we buy again (which we have in the past) we will go through her unless there is a guy with just as good of service as she.

Message: Sportique is one of the best shops in Denver. I brought my Zuma for all regular maintenance and some repairs and the staff has always been exceedingly kind and my bike was usually ready before the time quote for pick up.. Best shop ever, Vienna the sausage dog approved!
