Message: I have been a Murray customer for years and have generally been very pleased with the service I have received. This week, however, they went above and beyond. I went to leave my kids' school after picking them up, and my car wouldn't go into reverse. It was about 5:45 in the evening. In a panic, I called Murray. They sent someone to pick us up and take us to the dealership and immediately got us in a loaner car. They helped me coordinate with BMW assist to have my car towed to the dealership for the necessary repairs. This morning, I picked up my car. The process took no more than 5 minutes, and my car had been thoroughly washed and vacuumed. Thanks, Murray!

Message: I've always been impressed with the service I have received from Murray Motors for my BMW, but I'll admit today that I was even more pleasantly surprised. I brought my car in for service because I noticed I had a leak in the fuel system when I filled the tank. I fully expected to pay for labor and whatever other costs there may be to repair the leak. When I picked up the car, the cost to repair the leak was zero. The service advisor told me that when I had my car in two weeks previously for a full service, it appeared that the fuel filter cap might not have been fully tightened when they checked my fuel filter. So, there was no charge. As usual, the car was washed. It would have been very easy for Murray to charge me for the repair and I would have been none the wiser. I'm not sure when I am going to update my BMW, but I know exactly where I am going to buy it when I do--Murray Motor Imports.

Message: I'd give the sales person I dealt with when purchasing my new BMW from Murray Motors 5-stars! He was really great; honest, not pushy, and very easy to work with. However the service department has continually been an issue for. I get the run around every time I try to call and get advice or help on something. Honestly I speak to a receptionist who then repeatedly transfers me to service people so I can ask a question, but no one EVER answers. I finally just hang up. My husband felt like he was a burden when he brought the vehicle in for a fluid refill, they didn't tell him the vehicle was done, just parked it outside and left the keys in the ignition. He finally went to confirm it was done and was NOT happy with the service he received while at Murray Motors. The last time I brought my car into the service department for an oil change, I made an appointment to get a loaner and had to wait for an hour before finally getting a tiny little junky Enterprise rental car. I understand that is not necessarily Murray Motors fault, however they should have some kind of deal to only provide certain cars to Murray customers. I drive a full size SUV so to be put into a micro-mini tin can sedan is a problem for me. Not to mention, I had to take a van ride to Enterprise instead of them bringing the car to the dealership. I am giving 3 stars on this review because the service supervisor was very accommodating after I explained the problem I had with the rental car and that it took from arrival to getting into a loaner, no joke: 1. 75 hours. When you purchase a "luxury" car, you expect certain things out of the dealer and service department. Murray Motors is just not consistent in providing excellent service.

Message: I have been a Murray BMW Service customer for a little over 5 years. I started going to them because they were closer than the dealership where I purchased both my BMWs but continued with them because of their service. I have since moved out of the state and now I realize how good they were having gone to other BMW service departments. I used to think that this service level was "BMW" service but now I know that "Murray" service is better than most.. They always treated both my cars well and never damaged them. I have always been happy with their repairs and their explanation of what was found and how it was fixed. Every service representative that I worked with was professional, followed through on what they said they would do and always called you back with updates on the repair work.. And sure, things happen but they always make it right.. One time there was an issue with my X5 and I had to bring it back in again because the problem wasn't fixed. I had told them when I dropped it off the first time that I had family coming in from out of town so I needed the big SUV to get them around. When I came back in they had a 5 series ready for me so that I was able to shuttle every one around and not have to jam into a smaller car. I ended up having that car for a week and when I got my X5 back everything was fixed as expected.. Murray understands customer service and whatever they do to train their service representatives is working. I wish they could train some of the other service departments in the state where I now live..

Message: Absolutely the best car buying experience I had to date. My salesperson Louie Quezada was fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure all my needs were taken care of and that I was well informed of every step in the car buying process. In fact, I was so satisfied with my first vehicle purchase, that I purchased a second vehicle from him 2 weeks later. Along with Aaron the Sales Manager and the rest of the staff of Murray Motors, I'd say they get how customers like to be treated. I'll certainly continue to do business with Louie and Murray Motors and will highly recommend them to others.
