Message: I have to say the gentleman by the name Mike was very respectful and up front bout the issues that the car is experiencing. Mike also reassured us that he will be fixing the issues with the car that it may, have with no hesitation. We just purchased the Ford focus with a low down payment and good monthly afford payments.
