He Was Absolutely AMAZING I Got A Car That End Up With An Oil Leak And Martin MADE SURE I Got Another Car To My Liking. He Literally Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure He Got Me In A Car He Even Picked Me Up From Work To Choose A Different Car. Absolutely Amazing Salesman! Message: The staff here is amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. They were able to get me into a very great car with low miles and a pretty low down payment, to make make it better even offered an extended warranty. I worked with Cole Black and I must say that him and his co workers definitely aren't there to haggle you into a car and truly are looking out for you and what fits you and your budget. If you're in the market for a used car definitely stop by and give these guys a try, I can almost guarantee that you will not be dissatisfied at all. Message: I am not being paid to leave this review! American Auto has been very good to us so far. We purchased a 2000 Ford Explorer for our 18 year old daughter in December 2014. Less than 2 weeks later the Explorer shut itself down in the middle of a local apartment complex parking lot while being driven. We contacted American Autos and they referred us to their Tow driver and for a small fee of $65 he towed the Explorer to them. It was an alternator issue and they fixed it for us and didn't charge for the labor, parts or repair. They have worked with us on our down payment of $1000 being paid in 3 installments and overall they have been very easy to work with. Jorge was our Sales Rep and I really liked his honesty and his ability to speak to our daughter as if she was purchasing the car herself. Very nice group of gentleman.
