Message: These people are amazing! I haven't been able to get a car in 3 years, I chose a car, but went home to think about it. I decided not to get the Convertable Firebird because they had a Nissan Altima I was totally in love with, but knew it was out of my price range. I e-mailed them and told them I didn't want the firebird because I really wanted the Altima, and if there was any way to make a deal is come buy it. They called me the next morning and said they'd approve me for the Altima, but I'd have to put more money down. They worked with me on the down payment. There were a few things wrong with the car (nothing major) but they are working to replace the parts. They were the kindest dealership I'd ever delt with. Emir is awesome! Doreen a pure delight. The customer service, quality, and care were outstanding. I am so in love with my new car, they even filled the gas tank, had the car washed inside and out, Replaced the windshield wipers because it had started raining. Emir gave me a car charger for my phone, took the time to show me how to work all the buttons, radio, cruise control, everything! I will definitely be referring people to this family owned business, and when it's time for a trade in, I'll definitely be going back! I am so grateful I was treated with such dignity and respect, especially when I have horrible credit! They will help you get the car you want at a decent price.
