Message: I keep getting incorrect parts from this store, I think it's because many of the employees are new to the job, and it's harder than it looks. They are kind and will work with you when they make a mistake, hopefully the new employees can learn the computer system a bit better over time so the inconvenience can be minimized, but they clearly are trying and will probably get there soon.

Message: I took my truck in with a starting issue I have had for a few months. Previously I had my battery and starter tested at a different auto store (starts with O') also located in Fort Collins. They missed the issue but Carl at NAPA acturally listened to me and went the extra mile on more detailed testing of my battery. He explained each step and showed me the results that clearly showed I did need a new battery. He then explained the different battery purchase options and pricing. This was such a great experience I will never be going back to any other Auto parts store. NAPA has my business, Thank you Carl!

Message: They answered the phone right away when I called, which is a huge plus. They had what I needed for a few dollars less than AutoZone and several dollars less than Advanced Auto Parts. In addition, they are close by, not crowded, and on a regularly traveled path for me. It was a win win!

Message: I would give five stars but, while in the Ft Collins location this past Saturday at about 9 AM or so, my grandson and I were picking up parts and some lady in the back room was cursing like a drunk pirate. It was bad enough that I took my grandson to the back of the store until she stopped her tirade. She was screaming about a fellow employing using some vehicle she uses wasn’t up to her standards and some male employee was going to hear about it, no care for the store customers just her interest. If your the business owner, you should address this or I can visit another store. Ridiculous.
