Message: I’ve always purchased my TYM parts from them and had a great experience. When it came time to buy another tractor their pricing was very competitive and mad it worth the 12 hour drive!

Message: I live in Wyoming and I always order parts from Legacy. They stock a lot of parts, ship quickly and have good prices. The Parts Department is the best.

Message: Was quoted $1000 for tractor shuttle shift assembly replacement. I provided parts. Loaded up tractor on flatbed and drove 40 miles to have them work on it. They called me back and said the repair would be $1825 plus tax. With hydraulic fluid and filter (6 gallons) it would be an additional $200. They then stated that it might be more than $2000 for a straight forward job. As a former auto shop owner, I was quite entertained by the extreme bait and switch. While the service manager has excellent interaction skills, the upsell tactics were brutal and insulting. I came and got my tractor and took it to Smiths tractor repair. They quoted $1000 and said they woul stand behind it. They are also a certified TYM repair shop. I would take a tractor for warranty issues to Legacy. They have a nice shop and experienced mechanics. The service manager takes pride in solid comunication skills and customer fulfillment. They also have a really solid selection of tractors. It is a clean and well kept facillity. It is too bad that the estimate went up by close to 2. 5 times with all the bells and whistles. Thats just embarrasing and laughable bad business bs.

Message: I purchased a LS Tractor from Legacy Tractor recently and the experience was great. Jenn provided excellent service, they answered all the questions i had and provided a custom tractor package to fit my needs. They let me test drive the tractor i was interested in and inspect the implements they offer in the packages. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a tractor.
