Message: Stephen is the man, super friendly, helped me save some money, got my rock chip repaired, gave me good suggestions in the area on where I can get my car serviced honestly. being thousands of miles away from home, It really meant a lot. Good coffee pods in the machine in the lobby, also a little outdoor seating area. I will go back every time I'm in Fort Collins.

Message: Charles and his coworker were both amazing. I brought my 2014 Cherokee in for a quick service. They were able to get me right in and in less than 20 minutes I was on my way. They were nice and professional. They even put down a paper mat to avoid getting oil on my interior. I will certainly be using them again. Thanks guys!

Message: The folks at Jiffy Lube saved my car today. I had an oil change at a separate business yesterday and the oil filter had a bad gasket. This led to oil leaking and my engine smoking. I called the business who installed the bad filter but they were closed for the next 3 days and offered zero help or recommendations. Jiffy Lube, however, agreed to take a look at my car, replaced the oil filter, added a quart of oil, and didn’t charge me a dime. And they did so quickly with a smile. Amazing service! They saved me from a full engine replacement. Highly recommend this location! Much thanks!

Message: Didn't have any issues with the shop until I needed a transmission fluid change. Then got hung up on by the general manager after being lied to about a specific fluid being ordered and asking questions about said fluid. Apparently I need to waste more of my time by being at the shop to ask the questions instead of on the phone.. Edit: Noah the assistant manager called me and helped me out a lot. Was very respectful and explained things when I asked questions. Even sometimes more than I understood. Greatly appreciate the help Noah and keep up the great work. Will be continuing service at this location because of you. Changed to 5 stars but left initial problem and review.

Message: Got me in immediately. Very fast service. Performed a full service synthetic oil change and repaired 2 defects in my windshield for an extremely fair price. Noah the manager was great. Will definitely be back.
