Message: Dan and his team are great. I showed up at the end of a day as my tire was not holding air. He was able to quickly squeeze me in and get the screw remove and my tire patched in no time. Very clean waiting area and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend for all of your tire needs.

The most recent visit, Jose was the gentleman that helped me this time when I first arrived and he was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. He honestly welcomed me into the store as if I was an old friend, and it put me at ease! I asked multiple questions, all of which were answered without hesitation and he gave me his honest, professional opinion without any pressure on what my options were. The team actually finished my tire before they had originally estimated and when I picked it up John (I believe his name was) was also extremely pleasant and got me in and out in a very timely manner. I took my car in and found that I was ultimately going to have to replace all four tires. I was completely devastated because the Christmas holiday just passed and I really didn't have the money to replace all four tires and certainly wasn't anticipating the expense. John at Big O Tires-Greenwood Village, really went out of his way to make sure that I got the very best deal and was able to work out a way for me to get my new tires and get me safe out on the road again. Message: As their card says, 5 star! Called 5-10 shops around town to replace valve stem on the winter wheel.. Every shop around said drop it off for a day.. Minor repair but everybody is booked. Called Big O tire and spoke with Jeremy.. He said we are booked but bring it in! Less than and hr and he called me back to pick it up.. Amazing service, will use again and recommend to friends!

The team there is very knowledgeable and they always give straight talk - no BS.. I live 30 minutes away from the shop, but it's worth the drive to have their team service my car. They managed to rotate my tires perfectly, as you can see in the photos I included. Trustworthy and reliable, I highly recommend Big O Tires.
