Discount Tire

Message: I’ve got to start by saying that I really do like Discount Tire. I think the problem seems to lye in a pretty huge difference in service between various location’s. I actually work down the street from this one and though I’ve had a couple bad experiences in the past (reason I usually drive clear across town to another location that’s always been great). Anyways i needed a tire rotation, was driving by, and their bays looked extremely empty (think only one other car there); so i decided to give them another shot and stopped by to see if they could get me right in. In fact i started by saying “I don’t have much time but you guys look slow and I was hoping you could get me right in for a quick rotation”. The guy ‘Tommy’ was honestly super nice, seemed to really know his stuff and when asked told me this might take as much as 40min (sounded good to me). So I went grocery shopping nearby for about 30ish but when I came back my car hasn’t moved, so I asked him if I could toss my groceries in the car and go for a walk, commenting that it looks like it’s going to me longer than he thought… Anyways went for about a half hour walk and was frankly a bit ticked off as I came back to find my car still hadn’t budged. Tommy was out doing something so I approached another guy at the counter that basically ignored me for a good while (I was one of two people in the building). Eventually Tommy came back in, I did some complaining and shortly after they got my car in. From there the rotation went quickly and all was good. Tommy even offered to refund the wipers I had bought (nice of him). So overall not a horrible experience, Tommy was actually quite great, it’s just the past experience at this location coupled with the wasted time (once in things went quick I think the other staff was just screwing around rather that working on cars. As they definitely weren’t busy and Tommy’s estimate was probably accurate had they been working) Also more than anything I’m still pretty annoyed with the rudeness of the other guy that ignored me… At least I gave them another shot but will probably continue to skip this location and drive across town to the other Discount Tire next time.

Message: I like to judge a store on its failures rather than its successes. This store found on my car that a patch was improperly put in my car, and when removing the tire the lug snapped off. Now, this could have been the dealerships fault for cross threading it, but they took up the burden and remedied the situation. They provided me with a repair shop down the road that did the stud replacement for free, had a new tire within 16 hours to their shop, installed on the wheel I had left them overnight, had me in and out in under 20 minutes with the tire replaced. And they covered the cost. If the customer is patient with this store, they come through above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend anyone who needs repairs, a new set of wheels or tires, or any type of maintenance, come to this store. I promise they do not disappoint. I’ll be seeing you guys soon for a whole new wheel/ tire package for my car. You’ve earned my loyalty to the discount tire brand.

Message: This location is great the staff are awesome and helpful. Order a set of wheels and tires from them and the whole process from start to finish has been great. All the staff are great but Stephen really stood out from a customer service stand point I will continue using this location for any of my needs.

Message: This team was extremely fast and professional. They identified a safety issue with the car (separate from the tires) and corrected it on the spot. Staff was very courteous and explained everything well to me.

Message: I had several great experiences with Discount Tire in Castle Rock, so I stuck with them when I moved. They did not disappoint! Friendly, efficient, FAST, and great pricing. They are really fantastic.

Message: This location is by far the best Discount Tire location I have ever been to. I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire for over 30 years. This location is professional, knowledgeable, patient and most of all very efficient. They had 35 people in the waiting area at one point and not once did any employee show signs of stress or frustration.
