Message: These guys are the best. My check pressure light kept coming on just shortly after I filled up my front tire. I figured something was probably in it so I took it in. Sure enough there was a tiny nail in my tire. They plugged it and patched it, handed me my keys and told me to havr a great day. No charge? Wow! Thanks so much guys. I will be returning for new tires when it's time.

Message: This place is BUSY! Lots of great people working, like Seth & Juan but be prepared to wait! Store closes at 6, but these guys don't run with the clock, which is unheard of in today's lack of convenience for the customer. Highly recommend, as they did a great job on replacing my tires!

Message: Although this location is very busy, I have always had great service here. The representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable and provide professional advice and support. The estimates are accurate, and the fees are fair. You can track progress from your phone. Wait times can be tough and could affect your personal view of a five-star rating, but from my point of view it is worth it.

Message: Very thankful for the strong work ethic and the excellent customer service at this specific location. They were incredibly busy tonight with a line out the door and a huge queue of customers- but they still operated with smiles on their faces and tons of patience with me and all of the customers. Within just a couple of hours I had a brand new set of snow tires on my car and was out the door! Thank you guys! I appreciate the fast service & how hard you are working!

Message: Great tire shop with reasonable prices. They can get busy though, so if you have preventative maintenance, it's best to schedule ahead of time online. Unlike some other repair shops in the neighborhood, they will still take walk-ins even when they're busy. I got a nail in my tire on the way to Thanksgiving dinner and brought it in the next day. They were crazy busy, but still got to me. If you're waiting, there are restrooms, bottled water, and Wi-Fi in the lobby. They also do free air checks and will adjust as needed. Sometimes the lines can get long though.

Message: They do a great job with tires. We have gotten all our winter tires here, and always do rotation here.. Recommend scheduling an appointment as they are often busy during Fall and Spring.. Also curious if this location could have a better process for giving clients their keys who are just picking up their car. Luckily one of the techs came and asked before serving more customers. He did great but 6 other people were helped and looked at before this. A key pass off transaction takes less then a minute if someone has already paid.
