Message: They were helpful. Caring about helping me out. My friend and I had been driving to our destination oh, and we thought everything would be fine. While we were driving we noticed that the car and we were in she have some kind of problem. We got out of the car and check everything that we could. Finally, we noticed that one of the tires was going flat we end up stopping by several places either the people working for the place itself we're unable to provide air to try to fill on tire before we can make it to a tire shop. We ended up pep boys and found a location nearby. we called the destination first and we're unable to get a hold of anybody because they were helping other customers and we were in a big hurry so the time frame did not work breast have to wait because the tire was losing massive amounts of air. We barely made it to pep boys as the tire was. when we pulled up to pep boys in there was a couple vehicles in the bay and there was one waiting to go in that the service people were going pulling when they were ready. The person I was with stayed in the car and I went inside. After waiting for a little bit I talked to the gentleman working pep boys Sandy and the service people would be willing give us some air and take a look at our tire. He said he had to check with the service people in the garage oh, and he did so right away. He came back with a service technician and told us check the tire in Philly. The technician hit took the tire and he did fill it with air. Be reported to us that there was a hole in the tire and that we needed to go to the nearest tire shop straightaway, and that the whole what's wrong but it was in a safe place to be able to drive a short distance and make it to a tire place to have the tire repair. We were grateful and had our tire filled and we're on our way. We safely made it to the tire shop and have the tire fixed thank you to pep boys.
