Grand Prix Motorsports took care of me from the second I walked in the door! Rob ( my sales guy ) was amazing! Ordered the Indian Sport Chief in black smoke and it did not disappoint. WOW! Message: I have always and consistently received great service at Grand Prix from both the service and parts departments. Mark in service takes the time to make sure I understand the service details and answers any question I may have. He most recently assisted in an insurance claim process and reached out to the adjuster to ensure the repairs were done as quickly as possible. Just this week I needed new tires and Jack in the parts department spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me as I asked questions about the pros and cons of various tires and brake options. He took the time to verify stock status for and set the parts aside for me. Mark then ensured I got the tires mounted and balanced within the time frame promised. I bought my bike from Grand Prix in 2018, and through my experiences with them, I trust Grand Prix with my bike and service needs.

Message: Got a razor and trailer last year and got great service then and this year got ssr 70 for my grandson. Sales, service is always top notch I won't go to any other dealer. Everyone is courteous, professional and willing to go the extra mile for any customer. I can honestly say when I need another Bike ATV or razor this is where I will go!

Message: Great experience over at Grand Prix Motorsports! Not only was everyone I met there amazing (Trust me I met a lot of people) but my salesman Rob went above and beyond and got me the exact bike I wanted! A dream bike if you will. After everything was said and done we then walked through the store talking to the various heads of each department. Service, finance, parts, etc. I really saw how friendly the place is as a whole. It was a great sense of community. On top of that, Grand Prix does many events from demo days to stunt shows, and even organized track days. Great dealership with great people.

Message: Total bummer - I purchased a used part at full price. It’s my mistake because I purchased over the phone and asked my spouse to pick it up. The box was opened and the part obviously installed and removed from another bike. I would probably be okay with it if sales guy told me, but it’s a rude surprise. Grand Prix didn’t even bother to wipe the finger prints off.. Update: The used part was wrong for the bike due to manufacturer error. Grand Prix made it right. I increased the star rating.
