I asked if it was possible to squeeze me into an earlier time slot, no promise made, but was pleased he he worked that out for me so my wife could start using my old work car in a clean and pleasant environment, until wr can find her a better car. Message: Everything went extremely well. 4 stars cause the girl at the front desk was being bothered by her coworker.. As she was trying to help me, he was massaging her.. "CRINGE". That's harassment bro, keep your hands to yourself. After that, she was going to show me something and the dude was doing something else to her, telling her "You have to wait for Josh anyway". ANOTHER "CRINGE! ". I don't know if he was a manager or what, cause he wasn't wearing a Car Toys shirt, but if you were brother man... Learn to respect your female employees. That's straight up "HARASSMENT" and if I were her, you won't be working there much longer.. Now on to the service part. Josh was great! He did a great tint job on my car. I've been to places where tint installers have left tools in my car, and the employees look like homeless people.. Scheduled online the night before and was in the next day at 2PM. No wasting time driving around to see if people can get you in, just to find out they are a week out. Check out was simple, signed some paper work and was on my way.. Other than the incident when checking in, things went well. Highly recommend it once they get rid of the "MASSAGER". If he's there, come back when he's not around or else it might take you a while to get checked in. He clearly has no respect for his female coworkers or customers time.

Message: After having issues with a previous speaker install, I took my car to the install manager Alex at the Northglen Car Toys. He was very understanding and agreed to do a full inspection of my previous install. He was very detailed in explaining all the issues that ended up being install related, and he fixed them all. Alex was compassionate and apologized for my situation even though it was not his fault. He was so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and provided excellent customer service. He made me feel important and valued. I highly recommend his work, and I’m confident that he takes pride in his entire teams work. I can’t say thank you enough, it is nice to finally enjoy the way my stereo should have sounded from the start. Thank you Alex, you are awesome!
