Message: Lorenzo was awesome! I came in to get some wipers for my Escape and he was extremely helpful, and even helped me to install them. These guys are awesome.

Message: Lorenzo is the man! I stopped in on my lunch break to pick up new wiper blades, fully intending on installing them myself when I got home. Lorenzo not only showed me all of my options, but he also offered to install them for me. While he was helping, I asked him a question about my washer fluid. We opened my hood, and not only was he able to answer my question, but he also noticed my coolant was extremely low. Without being pushy, he encouraged me to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I asked him to add some coolant to my bill, and again, he offered to put it in for me. As someone that works in customer service, I appreciate all of Lorenzo’s help from the bottom of my heart. If you ever need anything from AutoZone, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Lorenzo on Kipling. 100 out of 10 customer service from Lorenzo!

With Phil's patience and diligence, I was able to successfully install my new car stereo, and save myself the $550. 00 quality auto sound wanted.
